Established in 2021, Unhook Counselling has been known for providing compassionate and non-judgemental services to individuals find meaning and purpose in their lives. Counselling is provided to any individual, 14 years and older. Some of the areas of focus for counselling could be but not limited to: addiction support, relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, self harm behaviours, etc.
